I like peer reviews sometimes, when you have someone that is like you and not trying to teach you just trying to help you its not that bad to take on what they have to say. Sometimes some instructors can come off as being to hard on you when they criticize your work if you feel you have done your best and they expect more out of you. I feel less pressure to do the work and make it better if its a peer review or a peer making it easier to except criticism for me anyway. I know I've had my share of peers that think they know it all and have all the right opinions and sometimes that can make you absolutely hate having someone like that review your work. But on the other had I have always been one to be able to take constructive criticism and better myself or just let it go if I feel it doesn't apply to me at that time rather it be from a peer or a teacher.
